Quality Assurance  

Our quality assurance system is documented and supported by a quality assurance manual, and quality assurance procedures, certified according to ISO/TS16949. Experienced and trained quality assurance personnel are include in every production procedure, equipped with precision measuring equipment, and supported by a quality and performance testing lab.

We pursue following electrical and mechanical tests:

1. Insulation resistance: Bar to bar,  and bar to shaft

2. Dielectric strength: Bar to bar, and bar to shaft

3. Spin test

4. Other tests can be carried out upon customer's requests, such as dynamic balance, segment pulling force,  bore breakage when commutator is pressed on to shaft, etc.
